Most of the OPs, OMs, and GMs are inexperienced, and very young. They are not well-paid, and seem to be very unhappy. They are mostly Enforcers, who are quick to take disciplinary action, and even fire good employees. The overall culture of this company is really horrible. They plaster on fake smiles, expect their underlings to do the same, and the focus is always the negative, not the positive.
