Mangers and Co-Workers - Cold Choice Golden Corral Employee Review

The managers don't care how you are treated by co-workers. I liked my job, but not how the managers would let co-workers get away with treating each other. Working at fast food restaurants are hard jobs, but if the managers cared more for their employees, instead of making money for the company they would be alot better place to work at. And yes I understand that businesses are in business to make money, but don't forget it takes everyone to keep the business going, not just the managers.
