Too many directional changes in the company vision.

* very big opportunity to build something important, and to play a significant responsibility in it * product and engineering led culture. a place that will push you to do the best work in your career * the product and foundational tools that golden has built over the years means you will have the resources necessary to make a gigantic impact, but the company still has many many greenfield opportunities * the people are some of the smartest and most humble I have ever met. I feel lucky to call many my friends. * golden's culture is passionate, curious, self-starting, humble, and collaborative. working here has significantly shaped what I look for in my next roles / the companies I hope to build * Jude and the leadership team are startup veterans. They have done this before at Heyzap and elsewhere. * the problem space is challenging and large, so there is always room to bring in new ideas and angles from the bottom up. The team and decision making culture is very meritocratic and not at all political * fantastic backers, ie marc andreessen on the board * PTO, pay, onsites, etc. are great Even though the company is lean and the problem space is large, making people happy at work is still a top priority
