Unhealthy work environment - Anonymous Golden Hour Data Systems Employee Review

The manager swore a lot and accused me of trying to take down the company. Six months after I started working there I was told by my newly hired boss that i would not get any bonuses or or pay increases and it was his job to make sure that happened. My manager deleted my work and accused me of being lazy. Then I showed him a print of my completed work and he had to admit he deleted it. When they finally fired me because it was that or give me a raise and bonus, they fought it with EDD so I could not collect unemployment. Headhunters won't send people there. This place is a nightmare. Stay away.
