Pros
We sell a very good quality product. Many LED signs come from china and are sold by US companies who have no experience, bad warranty, no quality accountability etc... and this company is anything but that. I can have pride in the product I sell, knowing that we have the infrastructure and relationships in place to honor the commitments I'm making to clients. We just moved to a new office which is really nice. All new furniture, got to pick the colors for my office and its closer to home.
Cons
as a small company there isn't the benefits package you might expect with a corporate job, however the atmosphere, compensation and flexibility are an equalizer.
