Pros
No regrets, all love. I spent working with this company for 3 years. Been with it through ups and downs. I started as a raggity looking kid, coming into an office job in dickies, and 3 sizes too big of a shirt looking like a mess moving from manual labor , to having 2 business and working in an office. Working here I learned so much about team building and overall morale maintenance, as well as structure and discipline from constant brain picking and networking and all of that helped me with both of the businesses I was running while working here. The corporate roll may not be for everyone so you may end up not wanting to be the next partner, but the skills are valuable if one knows for the right stuff to be looking for . These teachings can easily be applied not only to everyday life , but can be applied to any industry as well.
Cons
Unfortunately not everyone has the financial wiggle room to go into a position where they are paid solely on output results. It hurts some feelings to admit, but it’s true. Doesn’t mean this place or the people applying are hopeless. But it does mean that people don’t have the wiggle room for it.
