      Pros

      Coworkers are, for the most part, very friendly. Not very many exceptionally difficult jobs. Easy to get into. The leads for each department are, generally, decent people.

      Cons

      Poor benefits. Poverty wages. Bad management. There is absolutely no way to advance, no matter how much you want to. You WILL be taken advantage of.
