      Friendly and positive work culture if you end up working in a good office/group.

      Cons

      No reward or bonus unless you pay to buy yourself company's stocks! All company's benefit goes to major shareholders at the cost of reducing employees' benefits (healthcare, salary, bonus, etc)

      Most of the employees and management were very friendly

      Cons

      The company was disorganized at times and the training was barely existent when I started. No opportunities for career growth. There was a disconnect from office to office at times.
