      - bosses & team leaders are knowledgeable - colleagues are very helpful. pleasant too - everybody is willing to share resources

      Cons

      - easily pigeonholed into repeating certain projects that help the company make money, but almost useless for your career development - high expectations of you (the engineer) does not match your salary

      Most of the employees and management were very friendly

      Cons

      The company was disorganized at times and the training was barely existent when I started. No opportunities for career growth. There was a disconnect from office to office at times.
