It was very hard for me to leave because I loved management and sometimes I wish I could go back because it was never about a paycheck for me because I bonded with most of the guys there. Ssi m made me not able to work there which in turn made me so sad.

Nothing to say but I had to travel so long to get ther from the south side of Chicago. Also I ended employment on 2008

The care team in lower management and staff are friendly

They don't follow state protocol, they implement improper/outdated training, they make you sign something authorizing them to debit employees' account, my first day they didn't even have working bathrooms in the entire building, require 1 hour unpaid break
