>Passionate and competent workforce >Strong heritage and prestige – Spearheading some very interesting projects for high profile customers >Great HQ – Modern, huge space and facilities >Flat hierarchy – Everyone is generally very approachable
Cons
>Poor business practices – lack of transparency with employees >Lay people off en masse randomly – seems to be very common in Northern Denmark’s IT sector >Not inclusive at all from middle management and upwards - Old Danish men only >Poor sector awareness – Management does not have a background in the space sector >No clear strategy – Roadmap and structure change constantly >Foreigners get compensated significantly less than Danish employees >Remote/dull location
