Pros

My coworkers and managers are fantastic as people. Absolutely lovely people, even when they don't always get the support they need from corporate. If you do your work well, you won't get too much flack and you are still seen as a human being, unlike in other gigs. Very forgiving if you make a mistake and try fixing it. They value integrity, kindness, and honesty too.

Cons

The pay isn't competitive, and others tend to take credit for your work. Hours can get cut without much notice, and certain people get bounced around different shifts. Unfair division of who works every weekend and who doesn't. No weekend rotations for certain associates, even with more than one alternate. Corporate could also stand to give more support to the managers and associates who keep the hotels running.

Pros

Great Team both on Property and in the Corporate Office Benefits for Employees as Franchise Employees Growing Company, plenty of room for growth.

Cons

Maybe a little slow on the response side from corporate, but decisions can take time when dealing with franchised properties. Properties could use more attention, renovations are currently in-order but they are at least a year late. There are some people that are holding this company back and everybody knows who they are, getting rid of those individuals would increase employee morale and open up for further advancement for current employees.
