The values of this organization and the dedication to the community and the employees is amazing. Every day is a new learning experience, filled with lots of support.
Once you have a caseload and get to know your patients and their needs, you are able to create a schedule so there is some flexibility with schedule.
Cons
- orientation on boarding is sub par
-not a lot of support from manager
-a lot of on call expected- forced on call
- constant EMAR changes- ton of meetings your expected to join plus manage your caseload- poor planning for patients that would require care when symptoms unmanageable- management gets upset with staff when a patient goes to the hospital
