Great patient care. Level 2 trauma and stroke center that helps the community with excellent health care for all patients.

Having trouble with Obama care and getting payment for services rendered and filing Medicare Medicaid and other insured companies

The residents are the best thing about this job! You can easily get attached to some of them because for some the employees become like family to them.

The bad thing about this job is the scheduling, the supervisor would add you to the schedule and not make you aware of it. You just never knew if your relief would show up for work, many times you were left to work over because the second shift would not show up for work!
