Great co-workers, great clinical directors - Registered Nurse Good Shepherd Health System Employee Review

I work with some of the best staff around. The nurses here have great critical thinking skills and they are willing to teach any time. I started my nursing career here. I left for a while and came back because I found out that not every hospital is as good as this one. This used to be the lowest paid hospital in the area, but since the buyout, pay has gotten better. Personally, the clinical director on my unit is the best boss I have ever worked for.
