Not only is the pay pretty abysmal, covid saw the opportunity for digital harrassment via Slack and Google Meets as opposed to physical no transparency when it comes to decision making unfair workloads, working often into the night senior management using aggression and bullying tactics to undermine 'lower-level' staff separate HR, which means nothing ever really changes for the staff that would benefit and leadership team continue to collect benefits, reaping the rewards of other people's hard work.
