      There are no pros whatsoever.

      Cons

      Too many to list. 6 days of training then you'll be running the store. Told getting staffed store only to find out not even close. DM is a micromanager. Knows no help and expects you to perform miracles knowing the shape the store is when you were put there.

      Paid weekly, beneifts, just bought our previous owner out so not too sure yet.

      Pros

      You get to see everybody you know at work.

      Cons

      Poor management at store and corporate level. They don't care how much experience you have. You might get a 25 cent raise after a year. You will end up doing everybody else's job if you have good work ethic cause most people just stand around and socialize.
