Pros
Most of the small team there are friendly and easy to approach people. Everyone gets on well and there is a sense of team spirit. This is an extremely fast-paced place and there is plenty of opportunity to grow and gain experience quickly.
Cons
The most basic benefits package of any employer I've ever had. The MD seems hell bent that everyone should be on a commission-based random bonus rather than giving staff security with a health pension scheme etc. Days are often extremely long with pressure from the top being suddenly placed on you to complete things in unrealistic times. There is is no vision or clear thinking, the management team have daily meetings with the MD in which priorities will change. This means you're working on something one day and then suddenly you're all to drop that and work on something else without explanation. Management team and MD clearly have a vested interest in their shares and making money and will thrown any member of staff under the bus who stands in their way. Huge 'lad' culture, too much drinking and unprofessional behaviour. The MD is the most unprofessional of all and is very dismissive of staff and their needs.
