Pros
Good people and good pay
Cons
Bad work environment, they can't keep people. The management would put only two people on a night shift or a shift without a shift leader or manager with no instruction. The communication is also bad, they failed to tell a new shift leader I was new and needed to be trained. The training is questionable, you start with videos, but that seems to be it and you're thrown at tasks with little explanation and you're not shown the task first. One time, I was shown how to use the toaster, when I took the hot pan out, the employee helping me basically told me to touch the very hot pan with only my gloved hands and no protection. The kitchen is also unclean, I felt gross everytime I worked there. There would be a strong mold smell from the sink area and I found mold in their small coolers where prepped food is kept. This is also the very first job I resigned from and they didn't even ask me why. Overall, of my 5 years of food service, this is the worst place I've ever worked. Do not work here!
