Thank you very much for leaving us this review. I am really pleased to hear you feel the family environment and you've felt supported with our virtual events programme whilst we can't work from the office. Our office opening guidelines are in line with the government tier system to keep Goodlordians are those they live with safe during COVID-19. We appreciate that it can be challenging working from home, and we hope to be able to open the office when the government guidelines allow us to do so.
