Pros

Paid 2 weeks vacation time, paid 8 days of sick time and 401K

Cons

Work load is outrages, high turnover. No opportunity to grow for young professionals. No support from upper management, no adequate HR department. Working for Goodman Realty is a constant exercise of walking on eggshells. Out of 50-70 employees 35 of them are security officers and landscapers, 10 are executives, 5 executive assistants to executives and only 3 are property managers. Strange set up for Commercial Property Management Company.

Pros

Goodman really stepped up in benefits this year! Better healthcare, dental, vision, another holiday and company training program.

Cons

There has been a lot of hiring (which is great) but I don't feel as connected to everyone. There are so many new faces I need to learn!

Pros

Strong exposure to many aspects of commercial real estate development Opportunity to take ownership of projects early in career Fast-paced environment with variety in day-to-day work Ability to work directly with leadership and decision makers Good place to learn problem solving and project coordination Team members are generally collaborative and supportive Flexibility to explore new ideas and initiatives

Cons

Roles and responsibilities can be unclear at times Communication between departments could be improved Processes and procedures are still developing or inconsistent Compensation may not align with workload/responsibility level Limited formal training or career development structure Priorities can shift frequently Office politics and internal inefficiencies can create frustration Employees may need to create structure themselves rather than follow established systems
