Pros

- Lots of thought put into team connection and community - Low/no internal drama. - Focus on improving experiences for customers from all teams - You'll get your hands dirty and get to work on a lot of projects and workstreams that you might not at a larger company

Cons

- If you're manager, you'll have to be both a player (manage sales/leads/customers) and lead a team. It is near impossible to be successful in both without working 70+ hours a week - Lack of staff diversity and no focus on improving via hiring/promotion - Goals are lofty and usually impossible to hit which stunts internal promotions. - Pay is under market, especially for less senior roles - everything is a priority which means that nothing is a priority.

Wearing lots of hats, working extra hours to fit that

Pros

- I have never experienced such a talented, kind hearted group of people who are also top tier co-workers. - As a member of the customer facing team, I have the utmost confidence in what is being built as well as the roadmap. - Having worked at several startups this is one of the most humble group of leaders I have ever met. - Their values jump off the fall and are on full display in every interaction. - The growth potential for this company is off the charts due to their healthy, mindful growth. - They have all the other wonderful perks of working at a startup and many more (like actual good health insurance).

Cons

- If you're not ready for an early stage start-up you're not going to be ready for this team. - There is an extremely strong collaborative environment so if you're someone who doesn't work well with a team (or, in this case, the whole team) this might not be the right fit. - SMBs are not for everyone. You really have to care about your customers to work here.
