      the pros for this company is you are able to get promoted as long as there are open positions that you qualify for

      benefits are not as great for part time employee if you are looking for a company to pay for school when you get hired, but there are incentives

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
