Pros

Opportuntiy to grow within the company, new ideas are welcome. Being at the company you feel you are part of a family. Management is great and always willing to listen and give great advice.

Cons

salaries is not comparative to the amount of work you are asked to do. due to budget cuts you have to take on more responsibilities. in some departments lack the staff to make it run sufficiently, so when someone calls out the site suffers. Also the tuition remibursement was taken away, without notice to staff which is totally unfair!

Great pay, good team, flexibility and decent work

Cons

Dusty sometimes and some of the stuff can be gross but that's just part of working at a thrift store, having to handle that stuff

Pros

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Cons

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
