Pros
Goodwill is the very first place I worked with such an inclusive, positive, motivating work environment. The managers are down to earth and supportive. The culture is highly diversed- newcomers welcome! They hire people who just arrived in Canada without work experience! I am stilling waiting for the butterflies to die but I am really excited to go to work each day, even after 7 months in. Great place to grow in your career.
Cons
Non profit so the budget is bit tight so salary is a bit mediocre but excellent for starters and newcomers Benefits are a bit soft, could be better but pretty basic across the board
