the administration is great and fair. Helpful and supportive . Get in with you and help you reach your goals. Push for sales production numbers throughout shift. Competive with other stores in their group. If your a hard worker and team member you will love it here . Retail sales associates get 25% off purchases. They reward with Fun stuff like Occasional Pizza party and ice cream social, bowling tournament.
Cons
Pay is poor for being there so long for the quality of work we produce. No advancement. .15 a year is a pitiful incentive for the work that is demanded each employee. There is horrible daily problem with thief. Make you sad to see People destroying the production work you had labored so diligently to do.
