Pros
Being older and having a disability did not cause Goodwill Industries to refrain from hiring me. I’ve been employed by them for 8 years part-time and hope to remain for some time in the future. I feel blessed.
Cons
Transitioning to a full time position appears to be a challenge….but I’m not giving up.
