Your work benefits others in need in community. Good place to build interpersonal relationships with coworkers, managers, and customers. Good medical benefits.
Cons
Always changing procedures. Does not support there mission of hiring all types of candidates. They overwork their entry level employees. Lack of labor hours regardless of sales. Goals with time constraints are unrealistic. Employees voice out ways managers in HR regards. And they are quick to fire you on first offenses, favoritism. High turn over.
