Recruiters don’t compete against each other — we support, mentor, and celebrate each other like a true team. Whether you’re new or seasoned, there are always people willing to help, jump on a call, or brainstorm strategy. It truly feels like a family. Training, resources, and technology are top-notch, and leadership is continuously improving processes to help us work smarter. They actively listen to feedback and take action. * Some genuinely kind and supportive coworkers * Remote/flexible aspects of the role may appeal to some people * Opportunity to gain recruiting and sales experience in a fast-paced environment

Cons

* In my experience, leadership could be overly aggressive and created a very high-stress environment * I personally observed favoritism within parts of management, which negatively impacted morale * Expectations and communication often felt inconsistent * The role became emotionally exhausting and affected my work-life balance * Certain practices and decisions did not align with what I personally considered professional or ethical
