Stock is pretty good which supports the lower than market base salary. See cons though.
Cons
Significant comp plan changes each year and has a massive impact year on year to how you get paid. This years changes have had a significant impact on bonuses - downwards. It’s probably not even legal…it’s that bad. - tried for promotion three times and practically no chance despite good grad. - new UK management are the worst, wrong focus, lack of vision, asked to make up numbers to suit forecasting metrics etc. - forced to focus on products that won’t deliver on numbers - general chaotic madness.
