      Pros

      You get to watch other people do absolutely nothing without repercussions. The manager had a day job and was never there.

      Cons

      Terrible management chain. People openly sitting around while 1 or 2 diligent employees work. Complaints went unanswered. Got a 5 cent raise. 5 cents. told them to take their nickel and shove it

      - Great Company concept…. On paper. They can really sell themselves. - Incredible co workers.

      - Horrendous regional/corporate leadership delivery on promises. - Company directives change by the week. - Had 7 different regional directors in 3 years. - Quarterly layoffs, you just wait for an email. -
