When I was an ops manager, I enjoyed the job. I enjoyed working with the IC's and I also enjoyed how much walking I got in a day.
Cons
Poorly organized, apps don't work properly a lot of the time and are necessary for efficiency, there wasn't proper training, upper management(regional and up) are very hands off yet demanding
