Pros
This company has a ton of potential and a very bright future. It tries to take care of management and corporate with some decent benefits. It’s actually a pretty simple operation at its core and a lot of the newer hires are extremely talented and experienced.
Cons
They have no idea how to run an operation. They make smart business moves on the macro level but the people in charge have never worked a day in their lives and have no clue how to handle the simple stuff everyone else figured out decades ago. Meanwhile anyone who does know what they are doing is forced to play politics and constantly silenced. Expect to work around the clock and spend an extra 10 hours a week on endless conference calls.
