- Sites left without leadership for lengthy periods causing serious safety concerns for employees and customers. - Employees apparently don't wash hands as several locations didn't have soap in the the men's bathroom. - You are expected to respond within 2 hours if someone reaches out, 24/7. Upper management does not return the same urgency.
