Pros
Salary was decent to start AND THAT'S IT
Cons
This is the worst company I have ever worked for. The CEOs are inept frat boy wannabes who have no idea how to create a sustainable business. They allow many of the program managers to come up with hair brain ideas that often have no long-term strategy which ultimately ends up in constant changes that never pan out to anything meaningful and waste money. There are many parts of this business that raise ethical questions and mostly do not align with a reasonable person's values. The leadership from the two CEOs and Sanjay who reports to them often have these lofty, unrealistic and unreasonable goals which is why they are constantly laying off employees. The overall work culture here is extremely toxic, and very clique-ish. If you are not good at stroking egos, this is not the company for you. Reasonable ideas are often shot down and then later someone repeats the same idea who's in "the club" and they take all the credit. This was the most stressful experience I have ever had. Every single day I came to work, I had to wonder if this was the day they would lay me off, until it finally happened. Working here will make you feel devalued and unheard. There's very little upward mobility as many of the opportunities are created in secret and then announced after they have already chosen the person the wanted which I'm pretty sure is an equal opportunity violation.
