My experience with management here is that they actually do care for your well-being and happiness, even when things are busy. Because of this, the appreciation I feel, I do not ever feel taken advantage of here and that goes a long way.

The compensation is fair and it seems like a great place to work depending on your seniority.

High performers are micromanaged to oblivion. The company culture is turning toxic. Leadership is very slow to address bottlenecks but quick to lay off swathes of people.
