Semi-fun work place, someone is always complaining where people just laugh. Cross training Plenty of work Meet new people They make an effort improve low moral
Cons
Performance reviews require helping other departments. Some positions are not posible do to understaffed. Low pay Different levels of Priorty, Rush and "when will a get results?" Set and asked by different people in different departments daily. Nobody takes executive decisions! They have wrong departments fixing other department mistakes. Do not retain employes and mass layoffs Can not contradict upper management Very disorganized departments
