Gordonstoun is not what you might expect. The staff are down-to-earth and there’s a great team atmosphere. Everyone pulls together to give the students a fantastic education, and a third of the students are on some kind of financial support because the school believes in extending opportunities to all. I’ve met lots of staff who have been here 20 years +. The students are well behaved and polite, which makes it a joy to come to work each day. Management are supportive.
