Burnout at Gorenje - Senior Software Developer Gorenje Employee Review

Weak compensation (low salary, no proper bonuses for completed projects, ...) Very toxic culture. A lot of time needs to be spent making sure you can't get stabbed in the back. Bad communication between departments and teams (even when collaborating on the same project). No proper priorities, everything had to be done yesterday. Almost no opportunity for career growth. I've burnt out there.
