Great ministry, but not so much for staff - Guest Service Representative Gospel Rescue Mission, Tucson Employee Review

Resources are plenty and there are no troubles usually.

There was no place to rest after volunteering.

The mission is amazing. The desire to help those in need is awesome. Being able to combine faith and work is awesome.

Higher level management is disengaged from the rest. They many times do not hear those with boots on the ground. Only those in the in-crowd move up the ranks regardless of work ethic, education, experience, or successful evaluations. In the last few years most of the leadership team has left or has been fired.
