      A good up front story

      The whole experience was exactly like in Charlie Brown where he tries to kick the football and Lucy pulls it away at the last minute and Charlie falls on his behind.

      Most people have your back and communicate so everyone is on the same page

      Cons

      Lots of people do not have your back and refuse to communicate leading to duplicate efforts and wasted time while creating a hostile work enviornment
