      Pros

      - Free food on Fridays - Socials which are quite basic - Test out recipes in the kitchen - That's about it

      Cons

      - Unprofessional environment - Marketing team is like an old boys club - People get pushed out of a job if you don't "fit in" - Company often gets rid of staff before the 6 month probation period is up. - Management are more concerned about making money than creating a business where people enjoy working. - Office is cramped and gloomy. - Location is in the middle of nowhere. - No pension - Gym membership after a year is at the cheapest gym in the area. - Most of the positive reviews on Glassdoor are obviously written my management. - AVOID

      • A growing focus on quality rather than speed, even from senior leaders • A growing focus on AI, with engineers empowered to experiment and explore • An environment where things get done, yet people aren't expected to work long hours • A healthy focus on data, without requiring every decision to have mountains of evidence

      Cons

      • Can over-index towards high-confidence plans and timelines, rather than high quality decisions • Team changes are too regular - the value of a stable team that rotates through problems isn't understood

      Great working culture, wonderful colleagues

      Cons

      Sporadic support in terms of ways of working and the tech stack. No bonus. Underwhelming increases.
