Pros
There is nothing good to say about this company.
Cons
If you: • are a government agency considering GCIO • want to work for GCIO • are a company looking to partner up with GCIO I highly encourage you to reconsider and read on to learn why not to engage with a company that engages in immoral practices. After working for GCIO I have been exposed to things that are very disturbing: - Partners pay for poor executive decisions - Non performers on government contract hired to run the bill - No accommodations for mental disorder - Inappropriate sexual content ignored by executive management - Management ignoring employee’s 4th amended right being violated - Hostile work place reported and ignored - Vulnerabilities targeted and used to break a person - Lack of companion for multiple family loss - Reporting false information to the unemployment bureau - Employees yearly merits increases not honored - Undignified Executives/HR/Program Lead with lack of basic skills To sum it all up; save your agency, self or organization and hire/work/ do business with a more reputable company that wouldn’t take advantage of you at the end.
