High energy and excitement for the future of our church. Stewardship of contributions from our church body is above reproach.

Salaries could be higher but they have committed to being more competitive with industry, not just with other churches or non-profits.

There is a solid core of long-term members and attenders. The new pastor is a great communicator and teacher.

Recruiting volunteers is very hard because the core group of volunteers has been doing it for a long time and there are not many new people to recruit. The new leader is young and has made some big changes quickly, alienating many of the staff and core attenders.
