Overall good - CCMA/ CMT Grace Health Employee Review

If I didn't have to move I would have been a lifer! Loved my co-workers and how it felt like a family all the time.

Not having any other health insurance plan besides HSA.

The benefits are good. Pay not bad for starting, and easy work, if you're used to working with scheduling, or have had some office experience.

There is a ton of favoritism between supervisors, leads, and certain employees. To the point that it effects raises and pay. Very toxic. You'd better be a brown-noser, or be able to fit in to the cliques or you will be singled out and ostracized. Very high turnover. They tell you at hire that they strive to make I a safe space to work in, and that everyone is welcome, but as soon as you speak out you're done for. I so regret coming here.
