Pros
- lots of hours - given hospital scrubs as well as you can wear personal scrubs unless you’re in the OR - i would say pretty clean for a hospital - housekeeping is great
Cons
- management - senior staff - constantly floating staff - understaffed - facility manager doesn’t know what they’re doing - most people only do half the job or don’t do it full out - lots of bullying - staff stealing from patients/coworkers - no doctor respect
