Solid privately-held company with strong leadership. Been in business for 50 years. They truly seem to care about their people. Offer great benefits and occasional fun team building activities. Collaborative atmosphere with great staff.

No company is perfect. Still have stressful days at times and you always have folks with personality differences. But overall, the positive greatly outweighs any negative.

They feed you well and have a nice break room.

LOW PAY!! No opportunity for advancement. There are definitely those that get special treatment. Everyone isn't treated the same.
