Management is very friendly and responds fast

Company going downhill. They cancelled many courses because not many students enrolled. They only paid 45 minutes per hour of work because they said students should get a 15 minute break per hour. GradReady provided very little training, and had high expectations. Training unpaid, payslips only arrive monthly, work seasonal and your future depends solely on students' feedback

Salary for a university student was decent. Flexible hours.

All communication with anyone is done via whatsapp. Means your not tied down however you have near 0 interaction with your co-workers.
