Pros
Central location Easy to contact upper members of staff Some of the C suite management are lovely. Unless you're management, there generally isn't much pressure to do overtime.
Cons
Salaries are bottom of the barrel, and bonuses are non-existent. Definitely don't expect annual (or otherwise) raises. Very college frat boy atmosphere in some depts, not great with diversity. External training is not recompensed, even if it would benefit the company, despite the fact it is often required to "progress".
