      No weekend work 20 day Holidays

      Cons

      I worked in Heitons steel which is part of grafton group the mangers are very aggressive to staff don't care about health and safety just want to keep up sales at all costs no respect for staff AVOID not one good thing about for grafton group

      The other managers and staff are nice and try their best, despite the GM

      Cons

      Relationship between management and staff is unprofessional. Underpaid bar staff and favoritism of certain staff over others, and very negative staff environment
